Burn Bright: Inkubator Writing Conference 2025 Ignites the U.S.
Pitchwars – Burn Bright is more than just a theme it’s a rallying cry for storytellers across America. As the Inkubator Writing Conference returns for its 2025 edition, writers of every background are invited to fan the flames of creativity in an inclusive and dynamic space. Inspired by Celeste Ng’s acclaimed novel Our Missing Hearts, the conference theme calls on writers to confront the world boldly, with clarity, compassion, and conviction.
Organized by Literary Cleveland, the conference will take place virtually from September 8–10 and continue with in-person sessions at the Cleveland Public Library from September 11–13, 2025. With over 75 hours of free workshops, panel discussions, readings, and networking opportunities. Burn Bright promises to light up the literary scene like never before.

Burn Bright defines the spirit of Inkubator 2025 as it opens its doors to writers from every walk of life fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and beyond. The event welcomes both emerging and established authors. Offering a range of sessions that include open mics, manuscript feedback, and career panels.
